Description
An annual vessel officer's pass card used as identification to board a freighter or ship on the Great Lakes. Issued by the Interlake Steamship Company. Signed by Edgar Arnold, who was employed as the chief engineer for the William B. Davock in 1917. The document is also signed by the superintendent, W.G. Stewart. In red, it says, "Good to and from the yard gates and vessels only".
