Description

A government issued license that certifies Edgar Arnold is qualified to work as a chief engineer on the Great Lakes for a period of a year. It is signed by the then President of the Association, W. Livingstone and countersigned by the secretary whose signature is not clear. It is numbered 5018. There is also a vertical crease in the middle of the paper.
