This black and white photograph shows Beacon Boulevard under construction. The foreground is centered on the median of the highway which has automobile tracks in the dirt. As it goes into the horizon you can see utility poles lining both sides of the median. On the left and right you can see trees and houses follow the side of the highway into the horizon. There is a fence on the right in the background.
