In this black and white photograph there is a street on the left going diagonally to the right very slightly. The street goes out of view above and to the left of the middle of the photograph. There is a car in the background on the street, closer to where the street goes out of view. On the left of this street there is a small grassy hill with trees on it in the foreground. In the background on the left of the street there are houses, trees and utility poles. In the middle foreground of this photo are tire tracks in dirt, a part of the road which is under construction, following the street. In the background on the right there are more trees and a house can barely be seen behind the trees.

This photograph appears to have damage when it was developed there are four circular marks on the right going vertical across the photograph.
