Psychedelic patterned long-sleeve dress with primarily red squares on white background, as well as rainbow squares of pink, red, green, yellow and purple. Collared with clear glass bubble buttons the whole length of the dress. There is a sheer underlay with a 2-inch lace hem single-stitched to the inside of the dress, and plain single-stitch seams and shirring detail under the front shoulders. Tag on inside left waist area reads "Int. Ladies Garment / Workers Union" around a blue circle with "Union made / ILGWU / AFL C10" in center. Collar tag reads "A Leslie Fay original" in gold text.
