Description
The glazed white china plate has a dark brown drawing at the center of the 1896 home of George P. MacNichol. Small drawings around the rim celebrate other famous buildings and residents of the city including Major John Biddle, Wyandotte's first City Hall, the River Park Hotel, the S. S. Columbia, the Eureka Iron Works, Theodore Roosevelt High School, the 1892 champion oarsmen, and the Smith home.
Printed text subtitles are provided for each drawing. There is an additional ribbon at the top of the plate reading, "Behold Our Heritage" and a second under the main, center drawing reading "Wyandotte, Michigan."
