This panel depicts three people snorkeling in an underwater city with landmark buildings in Detroit, coral, and fish. There are clouds at the top with sunbeams shining through to illuminate a blue sky. The identifiable buildings as seen from Capital Park are from left to right: 1. Detroit Savings Bank Building, 2. David Stott Building, 3. Chase Tower, 4. Guardian Building, 5. Dime Building (today known as the Chrysler House), 6. Penobscot Building, 7. unidentifiable facade, and 8. Capital Park Lofts.
