A grey blue airmail stamp from Colombia. In the center is an image of the head of Fray (Friar) Cristobal de Torres (1573 – 1654), founder (Fundador) of Del Rosario University in Bogotá. Above his head is written III Centenario Del Colegio Mayor De Nuestra Senora Del Rosario-Bogota (3rd centenary of Senior College of Our Lady of the Rosary), along with the dates 1653 and 1953. The postage value is listed in the bottom corners as 20 Colombian centavo. Printed with a steel engraving technique.
