Description

A blue, black, and white definitive stamp commemorating Chile's 100 years of independence (1810-1910). In the center is an image of a military force on horses in the Battle of Maipú. In each upper corner is the dates 1810 and 1910. A banner across the top reads "Chile Correos" with the postage value listed at the bottom as 5 centavos. In small print at the very bottom is written American Bank Note Co. N.Y.
