A letter written on aged white line paper. When folded, there is text written in blue ink that says "I love you Kimberly Dawn" with three hearts drawn above the text. The text of the letter is also written in blue ink and is addressed to Kimberly Dawn Carnahan (to be). The content of the letter refers to a trip that will be taken to his cabin in up north Michigan the following weekend. The letter is signed "Garry Bob," referring to a nickname he used to go by. At the bottom of the letter, he uses a number of X's and O's to count out the month, day, and year of their planned wedding, May 21, 1988.
