Award presented at dance ceremony for completion of six years at the Dari Pennino Dance Academy. The ballerina on top of the base of the trophy is in sus sous ballet position. The ballerina is made out of molded plastic resembling the color of gold. The ballerina is positioned in the center and is on top of a white marbled square with gray specs. On the front of the square marbled piece is a gold plate engraved. The engraved letters is in print and states Dari Pennino Dance Academy six year.
