The letter is addressed to Kimberly Dawn and it is signed Garry, followed by five X's and O's. There are two drawings of hearts in the same blue ink at the top and bottom of the page. Inside the heart at the top of the page is the text "Garry and Kim" and a symbol that is the letters T, L, and A interlocked, which symbolize "True Love Always." The second heart at the bottom contains the text "I love you very much." On the back of the paper is a heart in the center with the words "Garry Loves Kimberly Dawn Howard" in it.
