This black and white photo shows Northbound Beacon Boulevard after completion of construction. On the left in the foreground is part of the grassy median. On the right in the foreground is Beacon Boulevard. In the background on the left you can see utility poles lining the road. There are also the front of cars seen on the Southbound Beacon Boulevard. On the right in the background you can see utility poles lining the road. There are also cars on the street. A "Welcome to Grand Haven" sign can be just seen in the background to the right of the road and just behind that are some trees on a small hill.
