This black and white photograph shows construction of Beacon Boulevard in Grand Haven, Michigan. In the foreground on the left of there are tire tracks in some dirt. On the right there is a paved road with dirt drawn across it from automobiles. In the middle you can see a small section of paved road with saw horses across it. Behind the saw horses is an old truck. In the background on the left you can see utility poles and some houses. On the right you can see a car on the paved road, a couple utility poles by the road, and some trees on a small sandy hill to the right of the road.
