This black and white photograph shows the intersection of Beacon Boulevard and Franklin Street facing northbound, but mainly showing Southbound Beacon Boulevard. In the foreground is Beacon Boulevard. The middle ground shows Franklin Street horizontally from left to right. There is a tree with leaves on the near side of Franklin Street on the left. Just beyond the tree on the far side of Franklin Street is a house. There are two children playing just in front of the house. In the middle ground on the right there is a car waiting to cross Beacon Boulevard to continue on Franklin Street. Beyond the car in the background you can see utility poles, houses, and trees line the highway. Toward the center in the background there are oncoming cars. Just beyond those cars you can see utility poles lining the highway and the median, and trees from the other side of the highway.
