The tall, rectangular Art Deco tower designed by Albert Kahn rises prominently above the surrounding landscape, its façade distinguished by bold vertical architectural lines, stepped massing, and arched bays housing large clock faces on two visible sides. Bare deciduous tree branches frame the lower portion of the image, and a dramatic cloudy sky provides contrast behind the tower's upper stories.
