Most store signage is illegible due to image quality and the perspective layering signs atop one another, though a partial sign for "--ELDERS CHOICE / SPORTS CARDS" and Van Boven's Shoes are visible on the left, and and signs for the Caravan Shop and Maison Edward are partially legible on the right. Tenants likely present at the time of photography include Arcade Barbers, the Caravan Shop, and Maison Edward, based on historical records of the arcade's occupants. The passageway is covered by a high gable skylight of metal-framed wire-glass panels, with two rows of evenly spaced spherical white globe fixtures running the length of the ceiling. The perspective emphasizes strong linear symmetry, drawing the viewer's eye toward the far end of the arcade, where a second arched opening frames an exit. Several pedestrians walk through the corridor, providing a sense of human scale within this historic commercial passage. The architecture reflects a Beaux Arts and Arts and Crafts influence characteristic of the structure's early twentieth-century construction.
