The mural shows three animals against a bright red background. At the top left is a panda head which bears a fierce expression. Its mouth is open showing its sharp front teeth and its eyes appear to be squinting with a blue zigzag shape crossing both black eyes. In the lower right corner is a white bunny head bearing bright red eyes a triangular black nose and no indication of a mouth. The eyes appear to be closed slightly and this coupled with the red color of the eyes produce a menacing glare. Just in font of the rabbit head is a large carrot with its green tops just showing at the top. It has been painted with white highlights to give the shape of the carrot volume. In the lower left corner a deep brown faced river otter (?) appear to gaze out at us. Its large oval eyes appear to be wet and have bright highlights painted at their tops. Lighter tufts of hair are painted above and the the side of the eyes, across the nose and just beneath the nose. It is signed in several places. At the top left in royal blue paint "Nerves x Maddox / Hawaii". On the panda's right cheek at the left of the mural in black paint "Woes / NTL / Mings / Mia". In the bottom left corner in white paint "LA / Hawaii / to / Detroit" and slightly to the right of this "Oscar / 2015"
