Tim Sheehan, sitting in a chair in a well lit room with his right arm resting on the arm of the chair and holding a corded telephone reciever to his ear. He is facing camera in a blue v-neck sweater and light collar shirt. He is centered in the image, yet sitting at an angle with his gaze looking down and to his left. Behind him in the lower left corner of the image shows part of a table with an almost empty glass with another chair behind the table. The background includes a wall of mostly paned windows and peaks of floral wallpaper both ow which are cream and tan in details and colors. Outside of the window is a scene of mostly grass, a couple of trees, and a green linked fenced in backyard with views of neighboring houses and yards.

The image was taken at his parents' (Jim and Joyce Sheehan) house in the Billingsgate neighborhood in Louisville, KY in 1981.
