Subject

Brancheau, Franklin "Pete". Mary, Blessed Virgin, Saint. Mass. Pallottines.

Description

A light blue, vinyl bifold containing 3 documents. On the left side of the booklet is a printed painting of Mary, Mother in a white dress and veil, holding a roasry in prayer. Mary is descending from the clouds to one boy, two girls, and one lamb kneeling in the grass in front of a cathedral. Both girls wear long skirts, long sleeved shirts, and veils. The boy wears pants, a brown jacket, and holds a red cap to his chest. Beneath them is a scroll reading 'NOSSA SENHORA DE FATIMA' and group of pink, yellow, and red roses. The right side of the bifold contains a document from the Pallottine Fathers in Wyandotte, Michigan confirming Franklin Brancheau's perpetual membership in the Mission Mass League for good prayers and works within the Society of the Catholic Apostolate. The document notes that enrollment was done by the Father Alfred Saylor Knights of Columbus Council #3774, on February 18th, 1990. The certificate is bordered in goldleaf scrollwork, with blue, yellow, and red watercolor. At the bottom center of the certificate is a portrait of Saint Vincent Pallotti. Tucked behind the certificate is a small card where the history, duties, and benefits of the Pallottine Fathers and Our Lady Queen of Apostles is written in green, sans serif font.
