Description

Legible graffiti piece which reads "JASP". Primary colors include black, red, and blue, with outlines and highlights in blue, black and white.

This graffiti work was created on public property, below Rosa Parks Drive and W. Lafayette. The property was established as part of the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy in May, 2023, along the Southwest Greenway. The Detroit Riverfront Conservancy has opted to preserve the graffiti, to the extent possible, and has renamed the area “The Yard Graffiti Museum.” This work has been identified, photographed, and cataloged by contributor “attng3tr,” and corresponding documentation was produced and published by Detroit Riverfront Conservancy. It should be emphasized, however, that the initial work was done by a single graffiti artist, listed here as the Creator.
