Abstract
Work may be an early concept mockup piece for "Art Heals" installation (2021), featuring bandaids as they were featured in the installation. Lower right shows "J.Q. '10" - suggesting that it may have been created in 2010, more than a decade before the public art exhibition. Contributors and sponsors apply to this work insofar as they have contributed to its inclusion in the public art exhibition. "The Art Heals installation, composed of large-scale bandages, banners, and light elements, debuted for June First Friday. Since then it has occupied the College's Art Garden and the campus exterior, This new Gallery exhibition highlights the preparatory sketches and mockups created by Quigley, giving insight into her creative process and the evolution of ideas behind this large-scale project."
