<dcterms:description><![CDATA[This mural depicts a right hand palm toward the viewer painted in black and white against a solid light blue field holding an unusual object. The hand reaches down from above the picture. It grasps a bone-in ribeye steak rendered in red and white. The grey and white bone is being grasped by the hand. The meat transforms into a fish as it enters the water. The spotted fish is painted in a dull green-brown with deep blue and red details and a white eye. The water, surrounding the fish occupies the lower half of the image, is painted a deep blue with lighter blue lines indicating movement. It is signed in lighter blue paint in the lower right corner "A.S.G." A blank white area beneath the painting includes the date of the painting 10/'17 and in the center the words "ST. PATRICK'S TROUT". Both of these are rendered in black paint. Four pieces of hardware painted to blend into the surface of the painting affix the panel to a brick exterior wall.]]></dcterms:description>
