Acrylic paint on a wood panel framed in a red-brown mahogany rectangular frame. An autumn landscape image of Canadian geese flying over a small pond surrounded by grass and trees. The pond is positioned in the lower center of the image. The pond appears silver with traces of light blue and white. The sky is the same light blue color with white clouds scattered throughout. The sky is reflected in the body of water. Four Canadian geese are flying above the center of the pond. One goose is flying lower while the other three are flying above it. All four birds are facing the left. In the background, trees with brown and light brown leaves are painted in a blur to imitate a forest. In the foreground, a larger tree with grey-white bark and a mix of green leaves is visible on the right side of the painting. A variety of grey rocks are scattered around the tree and around the pond. The surrounding grass is red-brown with patches of yellow on the right side. Near the bottom right corner, the name "Joyce" is signed in white paint.
