A variety of white snowflakes are scattered throughout the background at random. In the center of the canvas, two cardinals sit on a tree branch. The branch is dark brown, nearly black, with dark green pine needles accented with white. On the left is a yellow cardinal; on the right is a red cardinal. The yellow cardinal has a mix of orange and brown blended into its feathers. Its beak is red-orange surrounded by a brown patch. One eye is visible as its head tilts slightly right toward the red cardinal. The red cardinal has a mix of dark and light reds for its feathers. It has a light red beak surrounded by a patch of black. One eye is also visible as it leans to the left toward the yellow cardinal. Near the bottom left corner of the canvas, the words "Let it snow" have been stenciled on with white paint. In the bottom right corner, the signature "Joyce" is signed in white paint. The paint lies flat on the wood canvas.]]></dcterms:description>

The snowman is wearing a black top hat with a dark pink ribbon, some of which is cut off at the top of the canvas, as well as a dark pink scarf tied in a knot on the left hand side. One end of the scarf is flowing to the left, while the other is hanging limp in front of the snow man. On the snowman’s face are two large black circle eyes, a long orange carrot nose pointed to the left hand side, and a smile made out of smaller black circles. Two large black dots for buttons line vertically down the front of his chest. The background features large blue and white swirls.
