Painted on the facade of the second story of the building, the scene depicts a figure being drawn and quartered. Two humanoid figures stand in front of and whip two sinewy horse-like figures that are travelling to the left and right of the scene. A piece of rope behind each animals is tied to a human leg that has been separated from the torso and upper body of a human figure at the center of the scene. Gore sprays and undistinguishable body pieces fly from the torso. The entire scene is painted in shades of gray.

This mural, decorating the facade of a Mexican ice cream shop called La Michoacana in southwest Detroit, is one in a series by the artist depicting Mexican culture. The mural depicts the bust of a smiling Spanish woman with thick dark hair worn in two braids that fall on her chest. She wears a large brimmed light pink hat with a floral motif decorating its underside. A bunch of deep pink flowers are tucked behind her right ear. Opposite the flowers, a deep pink ribbon (?) frames her face. Several pieces of jewelry are depicted. These consist of hoop earrings and two beaded necklaces (one in red and the other in green). The woman is surrounded by various forms of ice cream and other sweet treats, such as ice cream cones, paletas (Mexican popsicles), and fruit sorbets. The mural includes the words "Ice Cream" and "La Michoacana" in script. It is signed in the lower left corner "CORPUS ART INC."
